A deposit equal to one night’s stay (plus taxes and resort fee) is required for a length of stay 2 – 3 nights. A deposit equal to 25% of the grand total (taxes and resort fee included) is required for a length of stay above 3 nights. Deposits will be taken within 24 hours of booking and will require a valid credit card number.
Cancelling prior to 21 days of the arrival date, full deposit will be refunded. Cancelling within 21 days of the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited. Notice of cancellation must be received by phone or email to the resort.
Although we understand that pets are members of your family too, we do not offer pet friendly rooms.
Service animals are allowed into all areas of our resort that are open to the public.
You may be required to provide credible verbal assurance. In situations where we question the verbal assurance provided, we may request a Registered Certificate Identification card or other written documentation. Alternatively, we will accept the presence of physical indicators, which may include but are not limited to harnesses or tags, as proof that the dog is a service animal.
Documentation and Identification Requirements
When staying with us, we require 2 of the following (per assistive emotional support or psychiatric dog, where more than one dog is requested) be emailed to email@example.com no later than 48 hours before your arrival date. The forms must be dated no more than one year before travel and kept with you while with us:
1. Confirmation of animal training* – to be signed by the owner/trainer of the dog.
2. Medical/mental health professional* – to include your medical professional’s licence number, type of licence, and jurisdiction in which the licence was issued. Must be signed by your medical professional (e.g. psychiatrist, psychologist, or general practitioner).
3. Veterinary health* – to be signed by the dog’s veterinarian.
*Electronic signatures will not be accepted.
There are no outside cooking facilities on property or available for use while staying on resort. Preparation of food in guest rooms by any type of cooking appliances, barbeques, or burners is strictly prohibited. With the age of the resort, certain kitchen units and the restaurants have approval. If outside cooking facilities are found in any accommodations - they are removed and stored until guest check out.
